CIAN sDAI Recursive Looping (RL) vault collateralizes sDAI to hyperstake wstETH using Spark as the main lending protocol, and 1inch as the main DEX aggregator. By depositing sDAI (or DAI) into CIAN’s vault, it effectively allows users to leverage Ethereum staking yield in a delta-neutral fashion while remaining protected against impermanent loss and liquidation risks.
